The Scholarship Circle is a group of individuals committed to eliminating the access barrier for learning composers. With the help of people like you, full scholarships are offered to composers selected for our one-of-a-kind PREMIERE|Project Festival, giving them access to in-depth seminars, mentoring sessions with renowned composers, and interactive rehearsals with our award-winning choral ensemble ($15,000-20,000 total).
Members of the Scholarship Circle are invited to attend rehearsals throughout the festival, sitting on the refining process as fresh, new choral works take shape for the festival-culminating performance.

Commission
Circle
The Commission Circle is a group dedicated to bringing new choral music to life through sponsoring world premiere commissions from living composers. With the help of people like you, our goal is to commission one new work per season (a total of $3,000) to amplify the voices of living composers, together.
Members of the Commission Circle are invited to be a part of the commissioning process, joining virtual meet & greets between CAI’s artistic leadership and the composer to discuss their piece, and sitting in on rehearsals.
