A Proven Program, Reimagined for the Future
Why Support Now?

In 2026, PPF expands to include a Conductor Track—a major evolution that deepens and broadens the program’s impact.
Your support directly enables:
Scholarships for composers and conductors
Equitable access for artists from diverse backgrounds
New commissions and world premieres
Professional recordings for emerging creators
A collaborative artistic environment that mirrors real-world practice
Supporters help build a stronger, more equitable future for contemporary choral music.
The Problem We Are Solving

Emerging composers and conductors often leave school fluent in craft, but without the practical tools required to build a sustainable career. They rarely receive training in contracts, collaboration, leadership, budgeting, or the professional rehearsal process.
PREMIERE|Project Festival fills this gap by offering mentorship, systems-based leadership training, business education, and hands-on experience working with a professional ensemble.
Join supporters such as the California Arts Council, New Music USA, and others who believe in uplifting emerging artists and shaping the future of new music.
